Awesome. Just great. Patience.
Lisa is the best. She takes very good care of us & is a good teacher. We love her.
Lisa persevered today and with the help of Jake at Phonac, solved a long-standing issue of excruciatingly loud background noise during streamed phone calls.Really appreciate her persistence and determination!
Rachel was most helpful and patient both with testing and explaining the different options available for my particular hearing problems. A very professional provider. Highly recommend!
