My wife and I ordered a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. Clark Appliance is one of the few distributors of Speed Queen in the Indianapolis area. After three weeks of waiting for the appliances and no one at Clark Appliance able to tell when or if we would receive the appliances, we canceled the order. We ordered the same washer and dryer from another distributor, Town and Country in Crawfordsville, on Tuesday and they were delivered to our house on the following Friday. We built a new home and after moving in we realized that our Frigidare refrigerator was damaged. There was a scratch that ran from the freezer side to the refrigerator side about 12 inches long and someone had taken a black marker and colored it in to hide the damage. Both sides were damaged as well as multiple pits in the front. We called Clark's to complain and they sent out another frig. Awful service after the sale & install. They honestly should be ashamed of themselves. I thought paying a premium above others in exchange for service was a decent idea until I realized that their service is far worse than the other Local based major player.
I had an issue with a defective dishwasher that I had to chase down repairs for over a month. Long story short, the owner was eventually contacted and he stepped up and made things right.
I went there last year to get a part for my washer I had great service the guys their was very friendly and helpful ordered the part I need it came when they said it would. Went back months later to get a piece for my sisters dryer. Going back for my third purchase. I think the customer service is great.
