I have used personally used Phil and Bev Anderlie multiple times in the past, as has both my mother and my son. Thank you Phil and Bev for the excellent service, really listening as well as making time even when I'm on a tight schedule. They are fun to shop with and as honest as the day is long. Bev and Phil are the best! They are kind and professional. They go the extra mile regardless of whether you're looking for a $15000 house or a $400000 house. Not to mention they are fun to house shop with!
I was scheduling a meeting with Phil to appraise my home and asked for a email or MMS message to confirm our proposed meeting time and was rudely told NO!!! and was told I'm talking to you now. This request is a common practice in business today, it is called customer service. I've been in my own business 40 plus years and I do this all the time. Phil's rude and condescending attitude clearly set the kind of service I (and you) could expect from him. So I cancelled his meeting and I would not recommend that you call this off... read more
