Editing my initial review:The office manager reached out to me on Tuesday and then emailed me when we played phone tag. She was able to get me an appointment quickly and even stayed after her hours to make sure that I was taken care of and my experience went well. I contacted the office to obtain new contacts and was advised that my prescription expired June 30,2020. So they want to schedule me for a new exam but this cant happen until late September at the earliest. Wow thats not acceptable for a practice as large as this one. I ask that they allow me to buy my original contact prescription for which they said no as i would have to purchase the contacts that did not work me in the first place. So why would I waste several hundred dollars on contacts that did not work the first time. ... read more
