Went there yesterday to pick up my daughter’s new glasses she needed. While a different experience than expected it was seamless. They had a person outside who asks you some questions, they open the door for you and instruct you what to do all in the efforts of keeping their employees and customers safe. Thank You!

Beware. This is the worst place I have ever been. Dr. Augustino is a terrible low grade doctor. When she says I don't care that you can't see clear, I just want you to be able to read it! Red Flags! Then lies and deception about making things right. Which they never intended to do but led me to believe that. Truth is the RX was not right to begin with due to Dr. error. Dr Bianca Augustino is So RUDE. Why is she allowed to even see patients??She doesn’t know how to talk to her patient, I wasn’t allowed to ask any questions, what she says goes as she is the one paying for my visit. She’s clearly a bully. Very sarcastic, cutting you off while talking telling you “ I am going to walk you out”. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Staff is very combative and confrontational. Bianca Augustino has a massive ego and was incredibly rude to me due to the fact it has taken her over a month to find contacts I can see out of. I'm sorry ma'am but if I can't drive with them in (and had no issues driving before- didn't even think I needed glasses) waiting 5-7 days for my "brain to adjust" is not going to help. I feel like I'm getting in a fight with someone every time I walk in there and frankly I feel I could do Bianca's job better than her.
Thankful for excellent care from Dr Powell in an emergency visit for my son. He had metal stuck in his eye and she and the staff were wonderful. Thank you, we appreciate your help!!!
