I can't possibly praise Kristen highly enough to do her justice. Ive struggled my entire life with terrible anxiety alomg with other issues I felt could not be resolved. Since going to Kristen in the last year, my mental health and day to day life has improved DRASTICALLY. She's so caring , understanding , and approachable. They listen, they hear you, and they do anything within their power to make sure you are better when you leave their, oh and when you do leave , you can’t wait to get back!!!!! Today was my first appointment with Joe. Everything was amazing to the clean office, the clean bathroom, the kindest receptionist. Joe took his time to really get to know me & it meant the world. I would recommend this office to everyone.
Today was my first appointment with my daughter. I have never encountered such an amazing experience before. We are both grateful for Joe Mertes. We are happy to continue working together to improve my daughter’s health.
Joe is awesome. He is genuine and hears you out. He is helping me to trust my medicine (he figured out my meds) more and how to cope with anxiety. The most important thing I can say is to not only make an appointment if you're struggling, but go to that appointment. I've been to a couple of different doctors and Joe has been the most welcoming and understanding. He puts me at ease. Tonya is great too!
