Claire is amazing , she is caring. Gentle. Knowledgeable. She guides you with intuition and resolve. She is respectful of your limitation. Her studio is clean, surrounded by beautiful art and plants.
Claire is such a friendly and calming instructor! She always helps me when I’m learning new yoga poses. I really enjoy meditating with her during classes as well!
This place is a gem! The small, intimate setting makes every class feel personal, and the instructors are top-notch, guiding with warmth and expertise. It’s spotlessly clean, airy and inviting. Communication is great, and the calm vibe is perfect for unwinding and focusing during sessions. I have never experienced classes like this - I feel spolied.
The soundbath session with Brittany was bliss, thank you my Virgo sister for sharing your talents. The studio is so comfortable, I met some lovely ladies at the session, looking forward to seeing them at another class soon.
I found this yoga studio through Google, it is the best thing that happened to me, Claire is the best!! very patient with my zero experience in yoga, my first language is not English, she made me love yoga and Reiki sessions. If you are like me, you are afraid to try new things because of the language or because of dealing with different people, I highly recommend this studio, all the teachers are very kind. Your body and soul will thank you!
