Lisa's the best there is in this business. She is able to work on any problem from many levels to help you get past it. She has been helping me for four years and I have never had a session that wasn't productive. she will give you confidence as well, because you can learn how to do the things she does yourself, too. Recently I did a four session package with her that included meditations in between sessions. each session built on the previous session and the whole experience was amazingly helpful to me
