Time matters not to the folks at this clinic! I book time off work to run my father (in his 90’s) to this clinic. The whole thing takes a ridiculously long time with no apologies. I know it can be done in 45 minutes as we have been in and out in that time before. Today nearly 2 hours, with no apology or explanation. I think because they are dealing mostly with the elderly they think this poor scheduling and time management is fine. It’s not respectful.
Wonderful experience with Dr. King Chow and Dr. Ken Wang at Newmarket location. Have seen them both over the last 2 years. Each time communication is clear and the office is well-organized.
Horrible never come to this place.
Fantastic clinic. Really liked Dr. Qian. Staff are very friendly as well. Lucky to have them here in Newmarket.
They made an appointment for me without my permission. Then they made me wait on the phone when I called in to talk to them. Clarity is not that clear. Don't bother to contact me again.
