Before my glaucoma surgery with Dr. Belovay, they did the most detailed measurements I’ve ever had. They mapped my eye with different machines. It made me feel confident that nothing was being left to chance. Very thorough pre-op process.
It was a fine appointment. Got my prescription updated with Dr. Low. Everything was efficient and professional. Nothing wrong with it, but it didn’t feel particularly warm or special. It did the job

The medical care is good, but the appointment system is frustrating. I waited over an hour past my scheduled time for a post-op check. When you’ve taken time off work, that’s just disrespectful. They need to fix their scheduling.
Dr. Lichter is managing my dry macular degeneration. She uses really detailed scans to track it and knows all about the latest vitamins and treatments that can slow it down. She gives me real hope and I feel very looked after.
