Very long wait, they called to push back appointment by 45mins only to wait over 2 hours past new appointment time
ihav something in my eye and came in for an appointment yesterday the guy just said u need minor surgery and he reffreed me to a diff doctor hope idotn need an eye surgery cuz im really scared of surgery he didnt give me other options like eye drops or something like that!
After reading the reviews I came prepared to spend a day there. Took some tea, water, power bank, was dressed comfy. Long story short - i was seen immediately, all the staff was super friendly. I went out after seeing a doctor with my whole cup of tea still being hot 😅
My infant daughter was referred here and the lack of communication & competency from the office staff was astounding. It took 4 months to finally receive the appointment we were referred for. It took about 6 different attempts to contact them to finally retain it. During this time we received messages from the doctor weeks after they were intended to get to us, including messaging about going to a hospital which you’d think would be somewhat common sense to relay to somebody promptly.
