I was referred to Dr. Carter for removal of a nodule on my left lower eye lid. They gave me a full eye exam with eyes dilated, which I did not go there for or asked for. When they were done, I was not able to return to work because my eyes were dilated and could not see properly. She did everything else, but taking care of the nodule.
