Super convenient location. Staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr. Clark has a great chair side manner and you could tell the whole team worked together well. The office is up to date with new instruments and popular brands of glasses. Really enjoyed my visit!
12/30/2015 Was referred by my dr. in an emergency situation. Staff is warm and friendly. I think one of the best experiences of my life with an eye doctor. I highly recommend these folks. Dr. Nick is the greatest. They were able to pull up my insurance and my new glasses only cost me $34. The staff suggested I wait a few months into the new year and come back in and get a pair of sunglasses made at very little cost to me. I took my daughter who is 7 and it was wonderful...
Shortly after the Bolling's retired (went there for 20 years!) I thought I'd try out the new guys. Went in to get new glasses and staff recommended I wait until I had cataract surgery later in the year. Since I have diabetes, they said there would be a nice Medicare participation in the cost of my new glasses. After surgeries, I got 3 new pair (distance/biofocals, reading, and the coolest sunglasses I've ever had - and got the nice discount. Shop local really applies in this case.
After visiting four other drs in the area over the years dr clark finally got me the care i needed. I am so glad the clarks are part of the giles conmunity. It is so wonderful to have such caring doctors who truly listened to my needs. I am also so excited about my new glasses! Thanks for helping me see!
Great service until there was a problem and then you truly see how you will be treated. After 7 weeks of not being able to use my new glasses and them adjusting my bifocals and telling me I had to read at arms length or find a "sweet spot" I had to go to another doctor to find out my prescription was all wrong. I would not recommend these doctors to anyone.
