Call center is terrible! My call was dropped 3 times in a row after being on hold 3 times and the last time they just hung up! I never visited the center as I cancelled my appointment after this rude and frustrating experience. Not a good reflection on this business!

I can only say I have had great experiences wjth the staff and Dr. Xian. She was efficient with her time and kind to answer all my concerns and alleviate my anxieties. Only once did I have a longer wait but you could see everyone working as hard as they could to keep up and process patients through, while still ensuring we did not feel rushed.

Update review for the call center: They have a central contact center for all patients. Called last week for a follow up appointment and they put me into emergency department, after 1 week still no call back. It sucks the contact agent doesn't know anything. It takes less than 1 hours to finish the whole eye check process. Each step was done by a specialist and well explained. Cons: It is extreme hard to reschedule any appointment. I have to make it by changing initial plans. Overall this is a good eye clinic.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked to have my test results forwarded with a referral to another, professional opthamologist. I was told the request would be forwarded to the doctor who had examined me 6 months previously. I asked them to follow up with me when this was done. A month later I had to phone back only to be told that the doctor had neither responded to, nor carried out the request.
