Poor communication and did not meet deadlines
Very professional, polite and friendly. He arrived on time and did an excellent job.
Winston came out and took care of my checklist which included securing my baseboard heaters and putting an abandoned wire in a box in my attic. He maintained an even demeanor completing the tasks.

I got my EV charger installed with this company and paid them in full for installation and permit. They confirmed they applied for permit with the city of Kirkland. After few months I received letter from city permit payment make by Clarity Electric has bounced and I need to come in person and pay the permit fee. I tried reaching out to them but they never resolved the issue and stopped taking my call. I end up repaying the permit fee. I do not recommend this vendor to others.
