I went to Grounded Alignment for neurofeedback treatment for a recent concussion. When I went in, I was having trouble tracking, focusing, and it felt like everything was very "slow. " I wasn't able to drive, and got lightheaded easily. After just one treatment, I felt like all the cobwebs had been cleared out of my head, and I was able to return to driving again, and even back to playing pickleball (where someone commented on my quick reaction time on my first day back.) I will be forever grateful for the relief Elizabeth helped provide with my neurofeedback sessions. It was the first time I'd felt like myself in a long time. Neurofeedback was a tool I didn't know existed and it helped calm my anxiety and reduce my depression like nothing had before. I hope more people try it out! Time with Elizabeth is a healing experience.

Elizabeth is really wonderful, caring person. With her treatment I am able to better manage stressful events. I am less reactionary and more calm. She has a great way about her and really put me at ease. I highly recommend Elizabeth and Clarity Direct Feedback to anyone who deals with anxiety.
