Dr. Carney was a great help in fitting me for my new Oticon hearing aids. She configured them to provide just the hearing solution I needed. Then she patiently helped connect them to the auxiliary devices I purchased. Not only am I completely satisfied with my new hearing aids, but I'm also feeling well cared for. Thank you!
The team at Clarity is simply the best. I have been wearing Oticon products since 2010 and with my recent change to OPN, the difference was remarkable. My Dad, Ernest Carr, recently got hearing aids from Clarity. His time with them was a wonderful experience. Dr. Carney was patient, and efficient. Her staff was friendly and helpful. If he had known how easy this process would be through this office, he would have done it years ago! He would recommend this office to anyone.
Just had a follow up appointment. The staff was very pleasant and on schedule. If you think you might be missing out on conservations contact them for a hearing checkup. I got my hearing aids more than a year ago and I love them.
The staff at this location were very helpful in explaining my hearing needs and possible solutions . They provided the appropriate amount of time and I did not feel rushed or pressured. The new hearing aids work great.The ease and comfort are something I have looked for the last 10 years. The volume control is easy to use and I do not have headaches like my previous hearing aids!
