The cleanliness of the office especially the bathroom. The friendliness of all the people I worked with especially Emilie. She explained every thing to me in simple terms. When ever I called everyone seemed to know the answer. I didn't have to wait for just one person to answer my questions. Over all I would give the office a five star rating.

Being a long time patient I am specially grateful of Clarity Audiology for their profesional an personalized care.
As always, the staff was friendly and efficient and took care of my dead hearing aid in less than 10 minutes. Everything was cleaned and working once again, got in my car and had to turn the volume on my radio down. Hearing back to the new normal!
