Clarissa Carr has help me with a lot of my mental health issues and showed me ways and tools to use them i was very comfortable from the first visit talking to her she and she really cared about my well being. I am hoping I will be able to continue with her I am hearing that my secondary insurance Tricare for life may not be in network as of January 1st.
I’m only 3 visits in but so far I don’t feel like I’m making any progress. I’m not sure what to expect from these visits but it’s not what we are doing. That doesn’t mean she isn’t good it just means we may not be a good fit. Additionally, the room we meet in is small, dark & cramped. Totally unappealing especially when dealing with mental health.
