The representative I spoke to on the phone did not seem to care very much when I was relying on those funds for housing for the evening. Now I will be sleeping in my vehicle. 0/5 stars.
The older lady receptionist is very heartless and does not have good communication skills. This place is the worst motel in Tallahassee!
Hotel amenities are ok. However, they allow street homeless in to take all the breakfast food. I went to eat at 8 and it was all gone. I waited. They brought more. I ate then sat for coffee. I watched. What appeared as homeless were coming in and taking huge plates full of food stacked so high they needed a second plate on top to hold it. Then they walked outside the side door. Minimal hotel.
Stopped by for a night while passing thru I-10...was a bit hesitant based on some reviews but price was very reasonable compared to other options so decided to try it out...had to wait about 10 minutes for Front Desk as they were away dealing with another Guest who wasn't satisfied with their room and ended up leaving (not a good sign to start with)...but my room was fine though the bathroom floor definitely needed to be cleaned better.... major complaint was WiFi would not work in my room, was fine in the lobby but totally ... read more
