Quality Inn Williamsburg was my home in US for about 70 days. I´m missing u, Georgia!

My husband and I visited this establishment from August 25,2017-August 28,2017 and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all curtious and polite at all times. We slept very comfortable each night. The breakfast each morning was very filling and delicious. We look forward to staying again in the future.
Room stale and smelled like a basement, phone did not work in room and the TV satelite did not work - which they knew about but did not say anything to me at check in. PLUS I requested a connecting room I had to go to management and ask for 2 large wardrobes be moved only to discover the doors between the rooms were falling apart and the wardrobe were holding the doors up....wow
The staff was wonderful the rooms are very clean, neat and spacious everything you need is right here. You could ask for more but why?
We only had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels for 2 people. When I asked housekeeper for more she said there was none yet.
When we got there, someone else's suitcases were in our room. We had to wait for a new room. The duvet handle in the bathroom came off and I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone pounding on our room door. Paint chipped in places.
Friendly staff. Room smelled a little musty but you get used to it and the bathtub was a little dirty and the bathroom door was hard to open and shut. Other then that it's a good motel to stay at for a night or two.
