When we booked we were guaranteed services that were not given. Then management lied about ever talking to us. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the “manager” of this place dresses like a 14 year old goth girl. Our friends literally had items stolen from their room and they “were going to look at cameras” and then never heard from them again. Steer clear of this place.

During my last stay in Oswego, I was told that I could be able to pay in cash and yet when I arrived, because I technically did not have enough on my debit card I wouldn't be able to check in, despite having more than enough in cash. The manager was not at all sympathetic and felt as though she didn't seem to care at all, and the young woman at the front desk said that there was "nothing they can do". This is our second time staying one night at the hotel and enjoying the water park. Our second time the hotel honored our request for adjoining room which was wonderful. The hotel staff was helpful attempting to honor our request for adjourning rooms. The staff overall was welcoming. They attempt to check in quickly and efficiently. I do think there are guests that attempt to smoke. We smelt it in the elevator which we were not happy about. Had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. We checked in on the 23rd of March with 2 kids and 2 of us adults. The front desk staff I believe his name is Toni or Tony had been so wonderful, friendly and professional. He also got us a room with a great view, the room is clean and comfortable. Same thing with the breakfast lady, she is wonderful and spend time with the guests talking like we as guests all are her family. :) Thank you for the great experience and definitely will come back to the hotel next time.

This is my third time staying with my daughter and two grandkids. The check in process is smooth and friendly. The stay and play pkgs is budget friendly and fun. The staff at hotel and Splash are all friendly and professional.
