I booked a room at the Clarion in Oswego NY for a visit for my sisters surprise birthday party. When I arrived I was told I was bumped up to the 4th floor. I wasn't sure what that meant, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. Everything was comfy, even the bedding was luxurious! I'm a diabetic and at midnight my alarm went off that I was crashing. The room was not cleaned at all finger prints on doors and it was dirty when we got in there but not an access to where we wouldn’t stay we already paid then checkout my wife works for a hotel so she said we can strip the beds for the house keepers and that’s when the fun began we found out we were sleeping in other peoples urine the matresses were completely covered in it. The staff member who check me and my family in was rude and not accommodating at all. I booked with choice hotels got a great rate, but i guess I didn't get tickets to the splash park. I had to buy 4 tickets for each of us per day. The room was dirty and my kids found a baby doll under the dresser. We were the only black family there for the weekend and when I say the racist were out. We had fun because we're a family that will always make something out of nothing.
