It's next to Elmhurst hospital which is why I stayed here twice. My spouse needed surgery and I didn't want to be far away, then there was a doctor's appointment in the morning. The first time wasn't that bad, but when we were back several months later, we got people in the room next door that were slamming the door about every 30 minutes all night, and when we woke up, the manager was in there complaining that they stole the TV. Worst hotel Iv stayed in I originally made reservations for 2 queen beds and pull out couch I ended up in a room with 2 full. Called down to figure out what we can do and was told it wasn’t her problem I didn’t book the reservation with them instead a third party! I said OK fine let’s deal with it We’ll figure it out! go down to the pool. My kids were not able to swim because of how cold it was how dirty it was. Poor customer service. I booked a stay at this hotel for a business trip. Realized my company needed us to go through another hotel and cancelled my Clarion Inn Elmhurst booking within the same hour. Received a message of my refund to be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund never came, the hotel manager said there was nothing they could do. Even though my cancellation within the same hour had no impact on future reservations. Absolute lost cause trying to get my money back or for the manager to do something decent ... read more

This place was definitely top tier in terms of service and professionalism. Brittany deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of my request. She even found me some cardboard boxes for me to use to ship some items back home. She is absolutely awesome and is a huge asset to the company.
