My company booked me at this location and I really wished they hadn't. The room is comfortable. As far as other things I'm not very impressed. As you can see in the pictures, the food prices here are absolutely absurd. So, breakfast isn't included and I had to pay a 75.00 deposit. I made sure I told my company, let's NEVER do this again. There is a Walmart across the 6 lane highway, but no restaurants within walking distance...
Half an hour from downtown Chicago. I really loved that. I found hairs in my bed and shower that were not mine. Stains were all over the curtains-I was scared to touch them. The walls are a little stained too. Everything else was great though. Staff was nice and helpful. It was also pretty cheap so I get it. Everytime I flushed the toilet I screamed because it was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to cause a rip through time and space. It was terrifying. Despite what anyone says about the front desk agents, BRITTANY has the best customer service she stayed on the phone with me for 1 1/2 hours trying to help me fix my reservation. I shouldn’t have booked it through a third party! Her customer service gives me hope that there are still caring genuine people out there! I will definitely be coming back soon. Hopefully she works there still!
Call the hotel to get a refund due to a sudden death of a parent and wanted to talk with someone there the front desk worker Brittany is extremely nasty and rude! She didn’t want to answer questions and her attitude was extremely disrespectful. I do plan on filing a complaint against her and to believe she’s a representation for this establishment is extremely disturbing. Also she kept hanging up in my face and I didn’t appreciate that . AVOID AT ALL COST, nasty place with gross management. They already had issues prior having the city warning requiring response, indeed one night I woke up because 3 police officers were knocking at someone's door at 4am waking up entire hallway. It was convenient for me to stay at the property for a few weeks when I was visiting local hospital, but I wouldn't advise anyone, the front desk day time woman is completely headsick.
