I rented 2 rooms. My wife and daughter were in one room Check out was noon. We didn't check in until 2 am due to weather delays at the O'Hare. We wanted to sleep in late. Tuesday morning while my wife and daughter were still asleep, somebody tried to get into their room with a key. The room had been rented to another party. I complained to the front desk and she said that she meant to call me. Why was a room double rented? I am speaking with attorneys about pursuing legal actions. I am disappointed at this locations poor room quality, bad attitude from staff, bad smells, dirty rooms with holes in the ceiling, fire alarms that go off all day, party kids get rowdy at night and the staff sleeps through it all. Too bad corporate won't make any changes from the top down, as this place used to be livable. Now it is a heaven for kids who want to live the party lifestyle. Be very careful, they are very rude and spiteful and will kick you out if you complain to corporate. Just a real shame they dropped so far ... read more
Smelly, rude GM, staff sleeps at night so party people go on for hours without as much as a warning. If you want to destroy a room, too late, they all have damage in them already. Pay Hilton prices for motel 6 lifestyle.
I love the Bistro EXCELLENT FOOD ESPECIALLY THE PIZZA SO FRESH IN GOOD I ORDERED 5 LASTNIGHT LOL one of my favorite hotels to come too
