Some of the rudest healthcare staff I've ever had to encounter! I wouldn't want to take my dog to that hospital now. Definitely wont be going back there...
We are in the area camping at Cooks Forest. On June 13 my mom was brought in to the ER for what we thought she was a stroke but thank God that wasn't the case. The lady who did the registration was wonderful. I understand with COVID that protocols have changed and only one person is aloud in with the patient, my dad went back with her. My son was taken wit a OPEN wound that needed to be stitched or glued and the nurse was very unprofessional and complained about my son who’s 6 being taken in! I get it that covid-19 going around but your a hospital for a reason! And the doctors offices aren’t allowing patients to go in! But it’s 12AM where else do you suppose we take someone who’s bleeding....huh clarion hospital nurses?? Please tell us so we know for the next time!
