I have been a patient here for over 9 years and have always received the best care possible.Latelyare and concern for me by the nurses, along with Paula Scalise my PCP, has. always been fantastic! However, lately I'm concerned because for the past 2 - 3 months when I seem to contact the office in regards to medication or other healthcare issues I CAN NEVER REACH ANYBODY OR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. Me and my daughter was on the waiting list bc they was out of a dentist...but i called to make an appointment now bc u heard thay hired one they r not accepting new patients.....
I initially went to the urgent care across from the hospital for a hand X-ray and they told me I'd have to go to the ER that they didn't have x-ray and couldn't order one. Went here about a half hour before they closed and they got me in, got new patient paperwork done and got me seen within 30 minutes. They were able to give me a prescription for an X-ray that I got next door the following morning which took less than 20 minutes with a results phone call 30 minutes later. This office is the best there is in my area. Always pleasant, polite, professional. The office is clean and well maintained. Very easy to check in. Wait time is excellent. Nurses, PA’s, Dr.’s are amazing. Quality of care is top-notch. I will always head here for my non-emergency care such as UTI’s, strep, sinus infections, etc. So glad we have an institution with this type of quality care in our area.
