Very happy with the customer service/sales team there. Payton Matthews was a great sales representative and made us very comfortable with our vehicle selection. Pricing was very fair and trade in value was excellent.
Got my vehicle serviced and it's still doing what it was doing when I picked it up and told them that....I filled out the survey and I put that down on it....and I'm not very happy with the service
I am updating my review as a result of a safety recall that was performed at Clarion Ford. If you have a Ford Explorer that was recalled with the rear suspension part that included a "complimentary" rear alignment... please be sure the alignment part was done properly...this was a new Ford engineered part and different to adjust than traditional part that was replaced.... hopefully by now they have learned how this part works...I learned the hard way! Other than that ... People very nice.
