noise, noise and more noise The staff are truly wonderful. Responsive and wonderful to work with. However, the walls are thin and there is constant construction noise from in the building. Therefore, I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you value your sanity. It’s a shame, because as I say, the staff really are wonderful.
Best apartment I ever rented I stayed here for two years, it was great! The building management team is great, the concierge are awesome. The building is clean and great. I had 1 mouse but it was QUICKLY dealt with by the maintenance team (who is also quick and good at what they do.) The only reason I left this apt was because I'm trying to pay off debts and live under my means. Don’t move here, unless you want to be tortured with no air conditioning. Management is horrible and cheap in turning on the AC, forcing residents to go days and weeks in 80-90 degree temperatures before they actually turn it on approaching summer. They also turn it off early toward the end of summer, so you get to sweat indoors again at that time. For rent this high... this place is no good. Go somewhere else. Unsafe: Resident photographing residents without their consent INSIDE THE BUILDING, Hilary and Southern Management do nothing Yesterday around noon a resident of this building took a picture of me when I was entering the elevator through the first floor. The resident stood right in front of me, held the phone up, at eye level, and took the picture, then started typing furiously while lowering the phone down. Living here 24.5 years and still going strong.
Very happy living at Claridge House! Conveniently located near East West Highway and Grubb Road, with public transportation to Silver Spring right in front of our building. Helpful team keeps our place beautiful and provides many services. Neighbors great--singles, couples, families of all ages , we're a little microcosm of the world. Spacious apartments with lots of light, big windows, big closets--what's not to like?
