It is a very nice and quiet residential community! Maria made everything with the move-in process seamless and she was very helpful, and willing to make sure you have everything you need. I do understand that the community is still being developed in some areas (street lights, parking and mailboxes), but I hope the great cutomer service remains in tact as the staff continues to work graciously to get everything in place as intended for the residents. Lastly, I love my new home!
Firstly, the units are new, and they are nice, but the first day we moved in, our unit was dirty with all the dust from the construction (which gave my kids allergies). Also, as a person who knows how to install baseboards, I immediately noticed the were cut incorrectly and not properly sealed. Roaches and other bugs hide inside of them. The carpet also has staples poking out everywhere, which have poked me and my children several times.
