Firstly, the units are new, and they are nice, but the first day we moved in, our unit was dirty with all the dust from the construction (which gave my kids allergies). Also, as a person who knows how to install baseboards, I immediately noticed the were cut incorrectly and not properly sealed. Roaches and other bugs hide inside of them. The carpet also has staples poking out everywhere, which have poked me and my children several times. I am asking the Owner of the property as the change happend in the ownership is there any way some one can address how the future tenets will be addressed as the resident portal system is not fully migrated to send/create the lease for the leasing consultants to sned it to tenet. mean while will the management accepts paper appliction for alredy screen applicants ? if possible please respond.

I previously rated Claret Village a 5/5, but that was under different management. Unfortunately, the community has taken a sharp and unacceptable decline under the new team. I am now rating it a 1/5 — and that’s being generous. The new management is completely unresponsive and ineffective.
