Historic still quite well kept apartment building with pleasant pool area, sauna and small gym, reception staff is the nicest here! They should renew the floor carpet in many levels though. Large indoor parking site for a very central location, recommend for walking by CBD and southbank

Clarendon Towers is the apartment building you aspire to live in if you’re living in Southbank. Built approximately 20 years ago it’s a masterpiece, all of the apartments even the single bedroom apartments are generous in size much bigger than you get these days. All apartments also have a really good sized balcony and car spots.
