The management at Clarendon is very friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled efficiently, apartment itself is quiet and clean. Walking distance to grocery store, belltown restaurants, many parks (Olympic sculpture, Myrtle Edwards, Seattle center). I would 100% recommend this location if you’re looking to stay near belltown/lower Queen Anne. It is close to climate pledge, so the traffic can be quite slow some evenings. Clarendon is a beautiful apartment building in a great area of Seattle! What really makes this place stand out over all the other apartments is the community manager, David! David is very welcoming and is always down to help out in any way he can. Finding an apartment and moving can be a stressful process but he helped made everything go very smoothly and has made my experience one of the best ones. He has really made this place feel like home!
David is an amazing community manager and made my move-in process so simple. He is one of the nicest and friendliest people I know and he does everything to ensure that staying at the Clarendon is an enjoyable experience!
The apartments are modern and the building is kept in great condition. The community manager David is a gem and has been nothing but helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process, from touring to signing to the move in. He was communicative and thorough, and really has made Clarendon feel like a new home for me.
