I can’t say enough great things about this incredible apartment, expertly managed by David. I’ve had the pleasure of calling this place home for the past two years, and not once have I had a single complaint. David is a phenomenal manager—always approachable, consistently responsive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a welcoming, elevated living experience. Initial experience: We worked with David for the last couple of months on determining if Clarendon would be our next home. He communicated well and assured us that he'd take care of us and he did. The day we arrived everything was ready for us. The move in process was seamless and stress-free. After we moved in David gave us a complete tour of the building and it's amenities. The pictures on the website matched what we saw in oerson
The management at Clarendon is very friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled efficiently, apartment itself is quiet and clean. Walking distance to grocery store, belltown restaurants, many parks (Olympic sculpture, Myrtle Edwards, Seattle center). I would 100% recommend this location if you’re looking to stay near belltown/lower Queen Anne. It is close to climate pledge, so the traffic can be quite slow some evenings. Clarendon is a beautiful apartment building in a great area of Seattle! What really makes this place stand out over all the other apartments is the community manager, David! David is very welcoming and is always down to help out in any way he can. Finding an apartment and moving can be a stressful process but he helped made everything go very smoothly and has made my experience one of the best ones. He has really made this place feel like home!
