It was my first time seeing Dr. Brown and he was friendly and attentive. The appointment was quick, easy and time efficient.
Very thorough and listens to his patients.
I am very disappointed with the lack of professional courtesy his office staff demonstrate. Refusing to coordinate care, condescending tones, generally unhelpful. But OVERLY helpful if they talk you into paying with cash.
The doctor and staff couldn't be nicer. They explained everything and more importantly they answered all of my questions. I recommend Dr. Brown and his staff if you need any type of facial surgery.
MD Brown is friendly and professional. He made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving the room.
