Dr. Jeff was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciated him fitting me in as a new patient with an emergency broken tooth. He was very informative with everything he was telling me. The technology he has at his fingertips is amazing to see how he can create something on a computer and have it ready in 15 minutes to put in my mouth. Had a 8 am apt and got me right in - no waiting which is what I appreciate since I have a job to get to and need to be there at a certain time.
This is the finest overall Dental destination in WNY. The experience is 5 star across the board. From making the first appointment to leaving after an appointment is simple and easy by a friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating staff. The folks that answer the phone, process insurance claims, set up payment plans or the hygienists who assist the Doctors all make the effort to take care of your services/needs anxiety free as possible. As usual, My tech Trish, was Outstanding ! After so many years that I've lost count, Never a Bad Experience with Her. I also had a filling replaced, by my New Dentist, whom I apologize for not naming, my fault, and her Assistant, and that could not have went better. I'd kinda like to go back next month, as I had a Great Time there, with some laughs on the side, Thanks !
