Service is fast and easy. All the staff are amazing! Doctor Jeff is outstanding.

Sorry - I am a wee bit late with this - I honestly thought I had replied. My experience with my new dentist Dr. Rachel was great !! Never thought I would ever say that about a dentist. Dr. Rachel greeted me as a new friend not a new patient. I was a bit worried about not being 'put out' for my procedure - no problem - I did not feel a thing ! I was a new patient at Clarence Family Dental. They were recommend by a friend. The staff was friendly. The secretaries were working hard to make sure everything was in place for my family. The dentist was very friendly, honest, and charismatic. I had an excellent experience and am looking forward to continuing my dental care at this establishment.
I love going to the dentist. The staff is always wonderful and kind. I travel 25 miles to go here. I am sure that I could find a place closer to my house but I just love the service, attention and updated technology that they use here. Dr Jeff is awesome! My hygienist Breanne is kind, gentle and caring and her attention to detail is what keeps me coming back.
After a year plus, I finally made a dental appt. and returned to Clarence Center family dentists. Not knowing what to expect,or how things may have changed,I was a little anxious about going. There was very little wait time, the hygienist explained everything and was fantastic. Dr. Racheal checked my X-ray s and teeth...and with the same pleasant personality. Very pleased.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Rachel; I had to have a tooth pulled, and she talked to me and was very reassuring the whole time. She even called to check up on me the next day! When I went back to get the stiches removed, she was very patient and answered every question I had about the tooth removal, and adding the new tooth in the future. She is AMAZING!!!!!
