Poor patient care. There is little to no communication. Requests for refills are often delayed or even ignored. It's clear that this physician doesn't care about the Hippocratic Oath, or providing an even marginal level of care to his patients. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

5 STARS FOR HIM. The phone service at this office is frustratingly poor. Recently, I found myself on hold for a staggering 45 minutes—unbelievable! They really need to improve their system because even after finally getting through, I was put on hold again for another 20 to 40 minutes while they sorted things out. I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided at this clinic, and I caution potential patients to carefully consider other healthcare options. My experience with their communication has been notably poor. Despite their instructions for patients to call for prescription refills or with queries, my efforts to contact them via phone have been consistently overlooked.
