I am thrilled with the service and results I am getting with Clarence Eye Care and Dr. Bartels. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After being less than impressed at other eye care facilities I have found a trusted resource for sure in Clarence Eye Care.
Dr. Murphy is amazing. He is great with kids and takes time to explain things to both parents and kids. My son loves him and all of the people in his office!
I requested thin lenses and they did not give me what I ordered. I need thin lenses and instead, Clarence put large lenses and broke my frame. I bought my frame from another vender. Since the lenses were so large and cracked the frames, I had to purchase another pair of frames. Furthermore, the anti-scratch costs a whopping $130 and the lenses scratched within two months. Absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! Extremely efficient and i always leave satisfied! If i could go for an eye exam every week i would!!
