As a neighbor to this place, we haven’t had issues until recently. Apparently a person there allowed their meth head/ tweaker daughter live with them (not supposed to! Against the rules). This daughter cruised our neighborhood on her scooter (probably stolen)… and then broke into a neighbors house, no idea what she may have taken. This is not safe for the people in Twin Oaks neighborhood. If they allow this, they are putting their residents and the people of my neighborhood in harms way.
Be afraid, be very afraid! You would not believe the HORROR STORIES i have heard about this place, as well as the property Manager!
