I’m very upset because my car has so much wrong with it I can’t ever get through to the mechanic to get help my ac blower motor blew out last Tuesday and was able to get it replaced but wasn’t the only issue. Still not blowing ac or heat at all other than very faintly under the dash and then accidentally broke a Break stopper and stuck with break lights on until friends dad can get here to help. But this car has cost me more debt than good and am suffering credit wise.
Bought a car from Bobby, not sure what these other folks are saying bout his service but he was so nice and understanding. Not only did he assist me with my buying process but he went above and beyond lol. My friend needed a quick service on his car and Bobby had their mechanic fix his brakes free of charge.
Bobby was super friendly and welcoming! He was able to work with me on how much down payment I had and my credit score. I bought a 2015 ford fusion and so far no problems. I think people don’t understand it’s a used car and if issues arise it’s not their fault because the cars been used already. Will definitely be coming here with my boyfriend to get a car for him!
A waste of my time. I gave up my information that was asked by Bobby and he played with my time by not communicating properly. Business is unprofessional. I was told a lie and I am very disappointed that I got referred to this place. I will definitely take my business elsewhere!
