UPDATE: 7/22/17: I've decided to leave the original review. Nothing contained within was incorrect. But, the Service Manager today provided excellent service in doing almost anything to remedy the situation (short of buying a new seat). It was replaced with a used seat from another car (minor blemishes, but no odor). 7/21/17 First, I had to wait over an hour hour to see the service manager today. Not happy. The Purchase process from start to finish was refreshing. No hidden fees or charges and everything was explained to us during the purchase and trade in process. We left getting the price we wanted for our trade-in and the price we wanted to pay for the Highlander. My wife was very impressed with the time taken after the purchase to explain all the features. He even helped connect our phones to the onboard computer. Great job!
