I lived this place almost 9 years it is very amazing place the residents is very respectful each other especially the property manager Laura and assistance manager they are very good and respectful I advise everyone please rent this place

I have enjoyed my stay Claremont Apartment I have been living here for 6 years the building is very clean and secure, very happy to live here! All neighbors are quiet and respectable. The team has been great. Laura Zumarraga Property manager has been wonderful, providing great recommendations on the area. She was so welcoming and made feel right at home the Maintenance always came and fixed/resolved/addressed some repairs at our apartment. I've lived at the Claremont for 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this building. Laura, Taylor, Arlen, Bill and Mike have been so helpful, attentive, and respectful. The staff at the Claremont truly care about their residents well being and concerns. I honestly could not ask for a better team to run this building. I truly appreciate the hard work you all do.
