Scheduled an appointment for this morning 4/4/26 for a tour, received several confirmation emails and showed up early. The sign on the door stated “open” and to come in for a tour. We tried the door but it was locked and there was nobody inside. We waited until the scheduled time and tried the door again, but it was still locked. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the door and tried for a third time, and still nothing. Really disappointed as I was heavily considering this as a place to live.
Had quite a intensive repair needed and Tony fixed it all by himself ! He called ahead of time as I requested to work around my schedule. Very professional in work and in attitude. Cleaned up great as well. Give 5 stars!
It's a great little place to call home <3 Edit: Also want to add the maintenance team is great, always prompt the same day or next depending on when I put my order in. I was in the hospital recently and my bathroom pipes started leaking into my downstairs neighbor's apartment, and they fixed the problem and even replaced the drain stopper as I had been using a rubber flapper thing from the store, and I doubt this was the cause of the leak as they had to get to it via the pipes from behind the fridge, but that's above and bey... read more
