Front desk service is beyond garbage, You fast before your 8am appointment. You get there 15 minutes early, go in at 8am when they are open, All the staffs are having a little morning meeting 🙄 in the back while you wait. 35 minutes later you finally go in to get checked out before the Doctor see. Do better. I was dizzy when I left from not eating and no blood was even drawn.

Clear medical in Richmond Heights has the most amazing doctors and the most amazing staff that I have ever seen. When you’re there they treat you like family. They don’t treat you as you’re coming in as a patient. They make you feel comfortable and that’s what make you want to continue to go there for medical treatment. Pathetic, nasty, useless and lazy! The managers Suheydee and Jennifer are extremely unprofessional and uncaring. My family has been pleading with them for a compassionate letter due to my mother's disability and one month later they tell us no simply. It is something that they can totally do but they just refused. The treatment was extremely poor and dismissive. i give one negative star because i cannot give less than one, terrible customer services in person and thru the phone, they never answer a call, staff are prepotente, pitty and doesn't care nothing, never had answer, that my first visit with my daughter and will be the last, so sorry with the poor elderly go in there and doesn't understand Insurance or process....bad services....
