I left Claremedica in 2025 due to a change in insurance but then came back in 2026 only to find out administration is 10x worst. Long wait times on the phone to speak to an agent has been the norm. There have been wait times of over 30 minutes. It is quicker for me to drive there than wait on the phone. I drove to the office recently only to find 1 person manning the phones and patients in the waiting room. Another agent was only in and out not assisting.
