The one star is being generous. My mom had been under Dr. McAdory's care for as long as I can remember, and she had no issues. Now, this place is the worst. My mom was waiting for a referral from the doctor, and kept being given the run around. I had to go to the office and speak with Ericka and she had the nastiest attitude. Please have a functioning patient portal if you don't want to answer the phone. Someone needs to go over the input fields on making/rescheduling appointments. Multiple fields are marked as required but there is nothing in the drop-down menu to select, or an option to type characters, basically making it impossible to actually submit the form. As I'm typing this, I am on hold on the phone for 42:25 (so far) waiting on the front desk to answer so I can reschedule my appointment. But based on the rest of the reviews, I doubt th... read more

Would find another Dr. Office if I were looking. ARNP Medina & Fuentes are the only two keeping that place afloat...After you've begged , pleaded and advocate to see a specialist, if you're lucky to obtain a referral, the Staff is horrible at getting them completed in a timely manner. Each time I've had to go to the office, prior to a scheduled appointment with a specialist, and wait until the staff completes the referral. I've had to reschedule my appointments many times because they don't do their jobs. I'm done with them.... read more

Front desk service is beyond garbage, You fast before your 8am appointment. You get there 15 minutes early, go in at 8am when they are open, All the staffs are having a little morning meeting 🙄 in the back while you wait. 35 minutes later you finally go in to get checked out before the Doctor see. Do better. I was dizzy when I left from not eating and no blood was even drawn.
