My family member has been calling for 2 weeks asking for a prescription that had run out. She called the office 22 times and they would hang up on her. This has happened to her twice and both times the insurance had to get involved. She also showed up to an in-person appointment that was cancelled without them notifying her. This is the worst place. NO One speaks English and try to call in for help with anything you can not even get through. This seems like a scam. My adult daughter who is disabled has been directed to go here and it is the worst.
Places like this needs a 0 star option, called because my referral for chemotherapy was not done, my appointment is for the next day and the person who answers the phone has the audacity to say I’m being dramatic. If it was their family members I know they wouldn’t be treating them like a pile of trash. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE YOURE BETTER OFF CONSULTING CHAT GPT THAN THIS TRASH PLACE.
