Absolutely, horrible place please do not bring your elderly here. We had a wonderful doctor here, but she left to go to better opportunities. They replaced her with Dr. Angel Torres Gambo! This doctor needs to lose his license. He is absolutely horrible. If I could give this facility in Homestead a 0, I would. They are extremely prejudice and very very unprofessional especially Cynthia, Michael and the Administrator. They don't answer the phones or send in referrals in a timely manner. Being a breast cancer survivor I've had to reschedule appointments with my oncologist due to them not sending in my referrals in time. Today after complaining, Cynthia at the front desk suggested I go to another facility. Senior citizens please be aware of this center in Homestead.
I have been a patient here for several years and today was such a huge disappointment. Mariella has been rude and short with me several times and her thing when she doesn't want to be bothered is to put people on hold. She has done this to me several times and has done it to other patients in front of me. I was in the middle of a huge breakdown and just asked to have the doctor call me back. This place was great until they fired Dr Scholl who built up quite a patient base because he is so good. Now I’m leaving claremedica and changing insurance just so I can continue to see him. They made a huge mistake, firing him. The staff there is still great, with a special nod to receptionist Mariella, who’s just fantastic.
