(Sending this for the 2nd time because they deleted my first review) By far the worst medical office in Deerfield beach. Put me through 5-6 weeks of a referral hell, back and forth calls and blaming of my insurance company. If you live in Deerfield, don’t waste your time. Fine a better option in Boca or coconut creek. They’re rude and unprofessional, always answer the phone with an attitude (Dana is a great doctor, it’s just her front desk staff have a nasty attitude and don’t want to help).
I love Dana and all of the office staff! They take their time, go over everything with you, and make you feel comfortable! If I could give them more stars I would!! 🤩
Great location! The staff is amazing and efficient. The dr and nurse has great bedside manners. My request always get completed in a timely manner. The office is so pleasant!
The Staff is Awesome !! I enjoy when it’s time to bring my granny to the doctors because they really take good care of her , that puts my heart at ease !! Kishan the Office manager is always pleasant and handles all of my concerns!!
