Really appreciated that Clare took the time to discuss my health. She is easy to talk to.
I had a similar experience as described in a previous review and would have loved to share a positive review of Dr. Rudman; however, my experience has been extremely disappointing. It took two months to schedule my initial appointment, only to be notified the day before that it was canceled. After waiting another month for a rescheduled appointment, I was again notified—this time on the day of the appointment—that it was canceled. There was no availability offered in the near future. Clare was very helpful on an after-hours call related to my 90 year old mother's sodium psychosis from a UTI.
It was my first time at AdventHealth. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The wait was short to get called. The medical assistant was great. Very professional and helpful. My first visit as a new patient with Dr. Clare Rudman was wonderful. She gave eye contact, seemed sincerely interested in me and my health concerns. She spent an hour with me in full attention.
