They have something for everyone at all stages. For beginning to work out to people who have been working out forever. I love the classes because they make you challenge yourself and you realize you can do so much more then what you thought! And there's always somebody there to help with a smile on their face

Read the fine print and if you think your getting certain things for your money may want to double and triple check and document EVERYTHING. Paid for a full years membership ($300) in 2014 cash, and put it on hold a few months later for surgery, only to get creditor calls this year saying I owe them for an automatically renewed membership! Was also told I could put my membership on hold until I could use it again, only to find out that's not the case and I paid for a whole years membership that is now GONE!
