Love the atmosphere here...very encouraging and there is truly something for everyone: from kids to seniors, from beginning fitness levels to body builders...everyone is welcome. I also love going to Autumn's lunch crunch class. Thanks CFF!
A great place! Love the classes and the owners. They are so accommodating. If you can't find something to suit you here, you aren't looking! Love the Yoga. Different instructors means you can get different work-outs, different styles. Love it.
I absolutely love this place! The staff rocks! They have everything you need to help you get in shape and tanning beds to tan your buns! You're only one work out away from a good mood :)
