I’ve been living at Clare Court Apartments for almost two years now, and during this time, I have consistently been without heat and even without AC in the summertime. Right now, it is winter—January—and we have just gotten over a little snow and below-average temperatures. My house is freezing, and my children and I are cold 24/7. "I would not suggest this as a suitable place to reside. While the townhouses offer ample space for families, the property's management and maintenance are substandard and unprofessional. Although I have not visited the apartments, the townhouses' conditions are concerning. Despite the presence of assisted living facilities, consider whether the monthly rent justifies the lack of peace and quality of living conditions. Ultimately, the importance of peace outweighs any monetary value."
