This place has been on my bucket list while visiting Clare. I bought Apple fritters, Maple Bacon Bars, Bear Claws, and a bag of their medium roast coffee. All were very fresh and we gobbled them up in no time. Delishious �
This is truly a cool place to visit. Much more than a donut shop. If you go to Clare you must visit this historic shop owned by 9 police officers who rescued it. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Donuts are yummy!
Finally made it there.. Awesome..maple bacon was just awesome... And the young girl who took care of us was awesome. We had an undecided 8 year old girl with us who was probably just overwhelmed and it was really busy the young girl had patience and even whipped her up something and she loved it.. Will definatly go back..
So many choices of fresh, delicious, traditional and unique donuts. Something for everyone (except the gluten free among us). Highly recommend the peanut butter and banana and the squealer cinnamon roll (that's a maple glazed cinnamon roll with bacon on it).
Sooo many choices it was hard to make a decision! So we bought several different kinds. The maple bacon 'squealer' was delicious!!!
As a member of LE I love the gimmick. The doughnuts were fantastic, the people were super friendly, and the souvenirs were affordable. This will be a must stop each time we venture North. Loved seeing my county's patch on the wall too.

There was a bus of 30 of us and we were welcomed with open arms and even hugs!! The girls who waited on us were both fantastic and worked really hard to make us all happy. The food was fantastic and the prices were great!!
