I have lived at Claradon Village for almost 3 years. My husband and I love it here. The management team and maintenance team are both awesome. In the 2.5 years we have been here we have had no issues with management or neighbors. Thank you to the staff at Claradon Village for making our time here great! We appreciate all of you! 😁

management is young and has no clue never late but nothing but problems they have broken several laws and i will be suing them their security does nothing when u report people for being loud all night they say they don't work for you lady kicked our dog poisoned her yes she died runs her loud TV on purpose all night claradon does nothing they will not keep you safe your warned dont stay here its not worth it

i have LOVED living here so far. It is a beautiful location in a perfect spot for all the places I need to go without being to close to the obnoxious downtown hustle and bustle. Renting process was clear and understandable, staff is friendly and willing to work with you. My only complain is that i didn't find it sooner! ❤
We had an amazing experience with Claradon Village. The staff was very helpful, friendly and always welcoming. The apartments are very nice, and modern with plenty of amenities to include a nice dog park and pet clean-up stations.We highly recommend this place and are definitely going to miss it.
I’m finally writing this review and have been waiting until we’ve finally moved out to give a full complete review. If you read nothing more then up to this point then take this advice DO NOT RENT FROM CLARADON VILLAGE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND CROOKS. We moved in last summer and thought we were getting a great deal two months free and only 1250 a month with extras-no not the case way more expensive woh rent. Exquisite place to live. Property is well maintained. The office staff is fantastic! The Apartments themselves are very well designed and are very nice. Claradon Village is a definite 5* worthy complex.
