Please don’t have a surgery on this hospital! During my recent visit for my eye surgery. I encountered significant difficulty in having blood drawn by the nursing staff. Despite multiple attempts, the nurses were unable to successfully obtain a blood sample from me, citing the presence of numerous "biles" as the cause of the difficulty. From start to finish everyone was so kind... really made my first surgery experience there a good one
I had surgery yesterday (8/1/23) and I had the best experience as a patient, everyone is nice and professional, starting from the front desk , Acel was so sweet and helpful, Jamie the RN in the pre op was excellent, she put the IV in a second and I didn't feel anything, my Doctor D. Mustafa was amazing like always and Nora RN in the recovering room was super attentive and nice, making sure as was taking care, she didn't let me go untill I was feeling ready.
